Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Account → Billing. You keep access until the end of your billing period — no questions, no fees.
Is there a free trial?
Every new account starts with a 7-day Pro trial of the full platform — no credit card required. When it ends you stay on Free unless you choose a plan.
What is the difference between the plans?
Free covers the news, the calendars, the markets and daily and weekly charts, with ads. Starter removes the ads, refreshes prices faster and opens intraday charts, comparison, Market Pulse and the Correlation Map. Pro adds Portfolio, Smart Money, Hidden Gems, the World Map, private chat groups and saved broker connections. The table above lists every limit.
What happens to my lists if I move to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted. Watchlists, alerts and saved panes beyond the smaller plan stay where they are, read-only, and you can remove them whenever you like.
Can I switch between Starter and Pro?
Yes, from Account → Billing. The change applies to the same subscription and Stripe credits or charges the difference for the rest of the period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA in Europe.

How does annual billing work?
You save the equivalent of about two months versus monthly. One charge per year, refundable pro-rata in your first 30 days.
Is my data secure?
Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We never sell user data. You can delete your account from Settings at any time, and ask support for a copy of your data.
What currency are prices in?
Pricing is in EUR. VAT is applied according to your local rate and we issue compliant invoices automatically.
